¾«¶«Ó°Òµ

Set across various buildings at Samsung’s Richardson and Plano campuses, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµâ€™s Texas Division has renovated more then 700,000-square-feet of workplace environment since 2014. These projects range from a small executive restroom and dining room to a fast-paced, phased and multi-floor renovations. Working in fully occupied spaces typically illustrate some challenges. A few of these key occupied spaces include: open office areas, conference rooms, generators, and restrooms.

At times ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ was managing up to five projects running concurrently across the campuses. Since there were no as-builts on record to assist the design team, all projects were MEP design-build. There was a lack of swing space, and schedules for each renovation were accelerated which often required two work shifts.
