¾«¶«Ó°Òµ is providing general contracting services for the construction of a new two-story police station with two detention cells, a one-story support building, and related site work.  Located on the corner of Chestnut Avenue and Antoinette Lane, the two structural steel buildings are constructed on a pile foundation system. This state-of-the-art essential services facility includes a public lobby, community room, records, evidence processing and storage, temporary holding facility, firing range, gym, two locker rooms with ventilated lockers, and a number of storage and support functions. A secure perimeter encloses the lobby space to separate the public from the secure elements.
The site work includes 78 parking spaces, two new two new entrances into a parking lot; bioswales, plantings, and irrigation; new storm drains and a new storm sewer on site; perimeter fencing; and paving at Antoinette Lane and Chestnut Avenue, adjacent to the project site.
¾«¶«Ó°Òµâ€™s scope of work also included demolition of the existing building and self-perform concrete, drywall, millwork, and doors/frames/hardware.
