¾«¶«Ó°Òµ has begun construction on Westbury Apartments, the firm’s second collaboration with Prestwick Development Company following the completion of The Millery. Located on eight acres, Westbury Apartments features three, four-story buildings of wood frame construction with brick and siding exteriors. Designed by Geheber Lewis Architects, the community brings 210 rental homes with a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom floorplans featuring durable materials such as granite countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Amenities for the 100-percent affordable housing community feature a clubhouse with a fitness room, playground, community garden and community pavilion with a central mail building alongside approximately 5,600 square feet of street-level retail space. Following demolition, site clearing, and removal of the existing asphalt field, ¾«¶«Ó°Òµ will self-perform structural framing and drywall installation along with the installation of specialty fixtures, doors, and hardware.
